Your receipts say a lot about you. Every Item keeps them where they belong: on your iPhone.

  • Stays on your iPhone. Your items, receipts and photos are stored on your device, not on our servers. We don't have servers holding your data.
  • Protected by iOS. Your data is protected by iOS Data Protection, which ties it to your device passcode.
  • Optional Face ID lock. Require Face ID (or your passcode) to open the app.

Questions

When can I download Every Item?

Every Item is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone. There's no waitlist or email sign-up. We don't collect anything here. Check back on this site, or search for “Every Item” in the App Store after launch.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Every Item works without an account, email address or password.

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone. Your items, receipts and photos are stored on your device and protected by iOS Data Protection. You can also turn on a Face ID lock for the app.

How does receipt scanning work?

Take a photo of a paper receipt and the text is read on your iPhone using on-device text recognition. The image isn't sent anywhere to be processed.

Can I save receipts from emails?

Yes. Open the receipt email, PDF or screenshot, tap Share and choose Every Item to save it.

What does Pro include?

Pro removes the 25-item limit and adds a home inventory PDF for insurance plus CSV export. It's $19.99 a year or $34.99 for lifetime access, with a launch price of $24.99 for lifetime.

Is Every Item made by a big company?

No. Every Item is built by Terrence Burns, a solo developer in California.
